Procurement Specialist

Your new company:
Hays are delighted to be partnering with an established public sector organisation in their search for an experienced Regulated Procurement Officer to join them on an interim basis. 6-month contract with scope for extension.

Please note: this is a hybrid working opportunity which requires minimal office presence.

Your new role:
In this role you will be responsible for:

• Stakeholder and supplier engagement
• Upholding regulated procurement processes throughout the organisation
• Supporting the wider procurement team and manager in day-to-day tasks
• Contract management

What you'll need to succeed:
A successful applicant will have:

• Right to work in the UK
• Relevant experience in public sector regulated procurement
• The ability to take initiative
• Experience working through Frameworks
• Experience running end-to-end tenders
