As a Senior Product Associate in Employee Experience and Human Resources Product and Agility Office you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.

Working closely with the organizational design and Product Architecture Lead you will help deliver various product operating model transformational initiatives across our human resources and employee experience functions to improve overall effectiveness.,

  • Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery.

  • Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.

  • Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers.

  • Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates offering metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets.

  • Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.

  • Actively seeks and drives automation opportunities to delivery high quality initiatives faster and more efficiently to our customers.

  • Design and build interactive dashboards and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to communicate HR metrics and insights to key stakeholders.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in data analytics methodologies, tools, and practices.

  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and advancements in HR analytics technologies.

  • Develop and maintain data quality standards and ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of organizational analytics data.

  • Partner with EX HR leaders, Product and Agility Office and cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and opportunities where data-driven insights can drive impactful change.

    3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area

  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle

  • Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.

  • Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy

  • Experience of working in transformation initiatives and change management.

  • High proficiency in MS Office tools like Excel, Word and PPT and data visualization tools like Tableau

  • Good working knowledge of Human resources and/or people experience functions and challenges.

  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data and information into actionable insights.


  • Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics

  • Experience working with HRIS, ATS, and other HR-related systems. Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM Cloud is a plus.

  • Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., R, Python, SQL) for data manipulation, modeling, and visualization.

  • Good working knowledge of Jira, Jira Align, Confluence and Lucid Board or equivalent.

  • Experience working in entrepreneurial environment
