Product Specialist - Legal Systems

Are you immediately available with a keen interest in Legal systems and technologies?

We are excited to again be working in partnership with our fantastic client, to recruit a Product Specialist to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Our client is a leading Legal Software provider, who are going through an exciting period of growth.

What you’ll do

• Set up client onboarding, ensuring systems and users are set up correctly
• Conduct client onboarding training sessions
• Coordinate and set up online and face to face client training sessions and refreshers
• Develop, manage, and maintain client relationships,
• Conduct training needs analysis of existing clients
• Develop client specific training materials 
• Assist in the development of the training platform ensuring all materials are up to date
• Maintain full knowledge of the suite of products
• Provide support to the first line tech support team
• Support with testing new software

What you’ll need

• Prior experience in a similar role, or you may be a Legal Administrator/Secretary or Legal Cashier, looking for an exciting new challenge
• Comfortable working on your own, but able to rely on and work as part of the wider team
• Excellent PC skills, with the ability to pick up new systems with ease
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
• Accuracy and a keen eye for detail
• Solid organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure in a busy and demanding environment
• You will be proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook
