    Full job description

At Mossgiel, it is our passion to deliver awesome milk to passionate peeps in an environmentally sound way.

We have an opening in our dairy - to ensure that our milk bottles are washed, sterilised and filled with milk so we can share it across Scotland.

The process is to work on a production line with a dedicated team to fill and inspect different sizes of containers - from glass bottles to 5L containers; following a hygienic procedure to ensure Mossgiel Organic Milk is safe and high quality on every drop.

    The bad bits?

    - Our on site facilities are basic and the position is open to the elements from dreamy summer afternoons to the dark drench winters mornings
    - The work is pretty manual, with a lot of lifting and shifting
    - Due to all our equipment being 100% reusable, there can be delays on equipment returning from our customers to be washed through the day. This can be frustrating as your shift can be start/stop as you switch between different schedules.
    - Shift days can be long

    Good bits?

    - You will be part of a passionate team working towards a vision of sustainability for Scottish dairy.
    - You'll see all parts of Mossgiel - from cows supplying milk, our electric vans leaving and returning from delivering milk across Scotland to hearing of our challenges and triumphs as part of our close team.
    - We work with some of the best food suppliers in the biz - both in our dairy and our coffee shops, giving you exclusive discounts.
    - There are lots of opportunities for additional hours.

We're looking for someone who can fit in well with our team and has an eye for detail when doing repetitive tasks. If you feel that you'd be that person, please send in a little about yourself - if you have a CV that'd be great but a cover note with your hobbies, interests and aspirations would be very welcome too.
