Production Team Leader

Our Client who are experiencing a period of growth are looking to recruit a Team Leader to lead a team of new and experienced Production Operators to develop their skill set and achieve and exceed Productivity output in the Plant.  This role would suit a candidate who is ambitious and driven to achieve excellence.

Responsibilities

• Team Leaders are responsible for a team of Production Operators executing standard processes to complete production plans safely, to defined quality standards and within budget and performance targets.
• The role requires a high degree of visibility on the shopfloor supervising for compliance.
• Team Leaders are knowledgeable and skilled in the execution of standard processes defined to reduce variability and ensure required performance is achieved day-in-day-out. 
• Adhering to and Promoting Health and Safety within the workplace.

Experience

• Team Leaders will be excellent communicators to team members, other team leaders, the Operational leaders, and across functions.
• Within the production area, Team Leaders work in strong collaboration with other team leaders to ensure everyone is working and collectively driving continuous improvement.
• Have experience of working within an FMCG environment.

Working Hours

• 4 on 4 off dayshift, 12hour shifts
