Full Job Description

  • Oversee and manage the overall planning, coordination, and execution of various programs and projects.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables.

  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Track and report project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

  • Lead and motivate project team members, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

    Thorough understanding of project/programme management techniques and methods

  • Outstanding knowledge of data analysis, reporting and budgeting.

  • Highly effective in dealing with major suppliers and Exec Level stakeholders.

  • Expert in all areas of risk management.

  • Expert level planning and scheduling skills.

  • Proficient leadership, organisational, delegation and team building skills for the effective management across large business change programmes.

  • Expert networking, presentation and negotiating skills.

  • Ability to think strategically and communicate a vision/strategy effectively.

    This is a key hire within our new IMO (Integrated Management Office) and as such, you will place a crucial role in shaping the function and will drive successful major change and transformational programmes/portfolio activities at a Group Level within the organisation.
