Project Coordinator

· Managing your own projects and Sub Contractors throughout the UK

· Coordinating with other departments within the company to ensure the successful completion of projects in a timely manner

· Pricing, quoting and ordering with suppliers

· Using your initiative to solve any problems that may occur with a calm and methodical approach

· As a projects coordinator Customer aftercare is an essential part of your daily routine, which may involve dealing with any quality issues that arise after installation

· 2 years minimum customer service skills

· 2 years minimum complaint handling skills

· Excellent attention to detail

· Experience in the double glazing industry is preferred, however not essential

· A genuine team player who can work well in a team, as well as on their own

· Ability to adapt to change and has a willingness to learn

· Ability to build strong working relationships with suppliers and contractors

· Strong Organisational skills

· Ability to work calmly in a fast paced environment

· Experience with CRM systems is preferred, however not essential. Full training is provided.,

• Complaint handling: 2 years (required)


• Customer service: 2 years (required)


Ability to Commute:
