Project Execution

You thrive on managing complex technology programs that have far-reaching implications for clients, employees and stakeholders throughout the firm.

This role, as a Project Execution professional at JPMorgan Chase within the AI/ML product team based in Glasgow, requires a strong grasp of the big-picture - namely, how a globally systemically important bank leverages news and news-derived signals.

You'll play an integral role in ensuring that projects are running on time, within budget and in accordance with firm-wide guidelines, including risk and architecture. Just as importantly, you'll work with your team to set goals, foster collaboration and promote the values, culture and brand of JPMorgan Chase & Co.,

• Work with technology and business stakeholders to prioritize, plan and schedule deliveries


• Track and report progress against these plans


• Develop processes and tooling to support these activities


• Create and capture metrics to track improvement


• Present at various levels of detail to various levels of stakeholder including senior executives
  
  Creative, collaborative and data-driven approach to improving our project execution, working practices and tooling


• Strong planning and co-ordination skills


• Practical experience with Agile and Product Operating Model methods


• Excellent written and oral communication skills


• Ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly


Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Experience managing complex, early-stage and failure-prone research/AI/ML projects


• Experience managing multiple, disparate projects simultaneously


• Expertise with key SDLC tools: JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket
