Full Job Description
- Lead a development project (platform) of an innovative hydraulic motor including industrialization and world-wide go-to market strategy.
- Lead a cross-functional, international team with care on cultural integration.
- Align the team in a dynamic environment on project targets and steering committee (upper management) requirements.
- Develop and monitor progress on project.
- Technical progress against milestones and deliverables.
- Financial monitoring and forecasting.
- Take responsibility of ambitious timeline, cost, and quality.
Background in engineering, physics or alike. - Experience in creation of new products and in project management.
- Skills and experience in design, NPI, manufacturing
- Strong communication & collaboration as well as presentation skills.
- Demonstratable project leader experience
- High motivation to drive an innovative project with strategic foresight.
- Resilience in a dynamic & demanding environment.
