Job Description I am currently seeking a skilled Project Manager to join a dynamic Transformation team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving the Analysis and Design (A&D) aspects of our ongoing transformation initiatives.

Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of tasks, including project planning, progress tracking, governance, coordination, and engagement with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities : Developing and maintaining project plans and schedules.Tracking A&D and development activities in collaboration with third-party suppliers.

Monitoring project progress to ensure timely delivery within budget and quality constraints.Managing risks, issues, and resources to meet milestone deadlines.

Reporting project status in alignment with organizational policies and procedures.Facilitating regular communication with stakeholders and sponsors.

Setting and managing expectations for timelines and deliverable ownership.Collaborating with third-party partners to ensure seamless delivery of A&D activities.

Coordinating tasks among program teams, internal departments, and external organizations.Establishing and leading project teams to optimize delivery efficiency within a matrix management environment.

Key Competencies : Experience in managing large-scale Change / Transformation programs.Knowledge of the wealth management and pensions industry.

Understanding of Information Technology systems in a Financial Services context.Proficiency in working with outsourced partners and providers.

Track record of successfully managing complex solutions, teams, and activities.Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite.

Exceptional influencing and negotiation abilities.Extensive experience in project planning.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Flexibility and the capacity to motivate others.Ability to perform well under pressure and maintain emotional control.Certification in Prince 2 or other recognized professional Change Delivery qualifications is advantageous.
