  • What you'll do

    As a Property Asset Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of colleagues and external consultants to deliver accurate forecasting, budgeting and portfolio management and optimisation programmes for our operational property estate to ensure delivery is in line with expected parameters and KPIs.

    You'll also be:

  • Identifying opportunities to drive value, such as leading on acquisitions, disposals, lease renewals, financial provisions, exit costs, property lease accounting, valuation advice, dilapidations, property asset revaluations, rent reviews, landlord or tenant issues and treasury management

  • Building and developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Making sure that the bank operates from an efficient and effective portfolio, through internal and external service providers

  • Ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley controls for activities involving property assets

  • Responsible for the risk and contract management and performance of third party suppliers along with identifying, mitigating and escalating risks in line with the bank's risk policy as and when necessary

    We're looking for an experienced chartered surveyor or suitable similar experience with a track record of managing varied complex projects, leading and coaching teams and managing third party suppliers
