Property Assistant

Eden Scott is supporting a client looking for a part-time Property Assistant (17.5 hours) with fixed hours on a permanent basis. Our esteemed client is based in South Aberdeenshire and is looking for a highly motivated, efficient and organised individual to join a friendly team specialising in Property Sales, where you'll be responsible for a variety of exciting tasks:

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist with property marketing inquiries and procedures as needed.
• Skilfully handle offer negotiations.
• Tackle general administrative, reception, and cash-related tasks.
• Coordinate Property Consultants' attendance at property valuations and listings.
• Efficiently schedule appointments and responsibilities for Viewing Agents.
• Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues to support property sales within established practices and systems.
• Identify and refer clients to the company's Financial Services Department when suitable.
• Be ready to take on any other ad hoc duties that come your way.

What We're Looking For:

• While prior experience in property sales is advantageous, we value your capacity for assuming responsibility and adapting within the role.
• Exceptional client relationship and communication abilities are key, along with a strong work ethic.
• You should thrive under pressure and excel in prioritizing workloads.
• Essential qualifications include robust sales, IT, and administrative competencies, as well as a solid understanding of the local area.
