Full Job Description
Anderson Knight are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Assistant for a client based in Larbert for an initial period of 9 months.
A little bit more about the role:
- Code, match and input stock and non-stock supplier invoices.
- Process multiple invoices.
- Resolve queries from suppliers and other departments.
- Preparation of mid-month and end of month payment runs.
- Monthly supplier statement reconciliations.
- Ability to undertake other finance duties when required.
- Supply of audit information to internal/external auditors.
