Full Job Description

Anderson Knight are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Assistant for a client based in Larbert for an initial period of 9 months.


A little bit more about the role:


  • Code, match and input stock and non-stock supplier invoices.
  • Process multiple invoices.
  • Resolve queries from suppliers and other departments.
  • Preparation of mid-month and end of month payment runs.
  • Monthly supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Ability to undertake other finance duties when required.
  • Supply of audit information to internal/external auditors.
