Quantity Surveyor

PFC Careers are delighted again to be working with one for highest regarded medium sized contractors to recruit a Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis. The role will be based in the companies modern offices just south of Glasgow.

The company in question have enjoyed a strong period of growth over the last 5 years and are now turning over around the 20m mark. They work is across a variety of sectors including healthcare, retail and commercial refurbishments. They have an excellent reputation amongst their clients and also their staff turnover is incredibly low. Project values can range from 100k to 3m.

To be considered for the role it would be highly beneficial if you have experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor. You must be able to work to tight deadlines and maintain the highest standards of work at all times. You will be responsible for running commercially up to 5 projects at a time across the various sectors of the business.

The client are also willing to consider candidates who feel like they are ready to take the step up in to a more Senior position in the coming months and years
