Quantity Surveyor (38 days Annual Leave !)

Are you a. Quantity Surveyor who lives in the Inverclyde area and fed up of the daily commute in to Glasgow? If so......

PFC Careers are looking for a Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis to work with an established contractor in the Inverclyde area. The client are open to considering candidates form 2 years plus experience to more senior level candidates.

The company in question are very well established in the the area and have a constant stream of work that is scheduled for many years to come. Most of their work is in refurbishment and maintenance.

To be considered for the role you will be a degree qualified Quantity Surveyor and have experience working for a contractor. Excellent communication and strong numerical skills are a must. You will be working with a small close knit team and be required to contribute daily to the financial success of projects. You will be working closely with both internal staff and site teams to ensure profitability and client experience is always to the highest standards.

The client are in the position to start the successful candidate in the new year.
