This opportunity is to work within our Accountancy & Finance specialism, which is Hays' largest specialism across the UK&I, but we also have a fantastic local offering locally across Inverness! You will operate across a professional market liaising with finance professionals such as Accounts Assistants, Credit Controllers through to Payroll specialists where you will become a true expert as a Finance Recruiter in Inverness. This opportunity will suit an individual who is passionate bout delivering an excellent service to our customers (Candidates and Clients) in addition to being sales-minded and ambitious to progress your career!

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll have the freedom to do things differently, supported by colleagues with a wealth of experience empowering you to learn and grow. No day is the same here at Hays, and you will gain experience across a varied range of skills to include:

  • No previous recruitment experience is needed, however, experience in either sales or customer-facing roles is desirable.
