Full Job Description

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with excellent communication skills, to join the very experienced team within our 18 bedded ward.

The role of the registered nurse in a community hospital is diverse and allows nurses to develop experience in many aspects of patient care and multidisciplinary team working. Within the Community Hospital setting there is sufficient dedicated resource to ensure we can plan and deliver high-quality person-centered care alongside a highly experienced, dynamic and committed team that takes pride in the quality of the care we provide to maintain or improve lives.

As an integral part of the team these posts allow the registrant to work alongside and gain knowledge in social care provision, working in partnership with the integrated health and social care team, families and carers which promotes a holistic approach that provides inclusive care for patients in a sub acute setting.

There will be opportunities to work across other inpatient units as service need requires and as health and social care partnership requires. There may be opportunities to work flexibly within inpatient and community nursing teams testing and developing new models of care e.g. Community Care and treatment services, community nursing and integrated care teams.

Relocation expenses may be available based on eligibility

You must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the UK NMC Register
