Registered Nurse - Care / Nursing Home

· Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports

· Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects / reactions

· Prescribing assistive medical devices and related treatments

· To be able to supervise, develop and teach other care team members.

• An experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering patient-centered care.


• Previous experience of working within a care home setting is desirable but not essential.


• A commitment to adhering to NMC guidelines and code of conduct.


• A willingness to coach, guide and support your team on a daily basis.

Salary: up to £20.68 per hour / £47,315 per year (based on 44 hours)

Contract: Permanent (12-hour shifts & Weekends on a rota basis)
