Registered Nurse (Days)

We are excited to invite a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse to enhance our vibrant healthcare team at our nursing home. This role offers the unique opportunity to merge expert nursing care with meaningful interpersonal connections with patients, their loved ones, and a network of healthcare professionals., Take charge of the shift, ensuring efficient workflow and patient safety.
Administer medications as prescribed and monitor for any adverse reactions.
Act as a primary liaison between patients, GPs, social workers, and other healthcare agencies.
Develop and implement detailed care plans to address specific patient needs.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all legal, safety, health, and administrative regulations.

Registered Nurse with current licensure to practice.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to care.
Proven ability to work effectively in team environments and independently.
Experience in medication administration, care planning, and working with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
