Restaurant Supervisor

Responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

- Running shifts in the restaurant and managing the team

- Excellent organisational skills

- Maintaining a high level of customer service consistently with a positive professional attitude

- Team leader but also a team player

- Work well under pressure in a fast paced environment

- Cashing up

- Keenness to drive the business forward

- Good knowledge of food and beverages

- Excellent communication

- Working closely with the kitchen team
