Requirements of the role

Experience in the optical industry isn't essential for our next Director in Oban. We need a senior and knowledgeable operational retailer with leadership, management and commercial skills and would be confident and passionate in running their own business alongside the support of a global brand.

The right person for this position will possess a strong worth ethic, drive and a willingness to succeed. You'll be passionate about your job and enjoy a fast-paced environment. You'll be willing to go the extra mile for customers and someone who encourages their team to do the same. In summary, you'll be a high calibre Retail Partner able to put your stamp on this already excellent store and drive it to the next level.
