WHAT'S IT LIKE TO BE A RETAIL SUPERVISOR?

• Host - you'll be the team leader, hosting in store, setting an example of what great looks like. You'll understand what your customers need, guide them to the right products, and make it super easy for them


• Store standards - you'll make sure everything runs smoothly from cash reconciliations, to customer queries, audit compliancy and stock management.


• Part of the team - you'll join a team who take pride in their store, working together and having lots of fun along the way!, Want to power up your career? A 12-15 month programme that gives you a Trade Supplier Apprenticeship at level 2. This is a blend of practical and online learning, this programme provides the tools and knowledge you need to become a Trade+ Sales Supervisor., Over 15 months, you'll undertake close supervision and structured learning as you learn how to run a store. By the end of this programme, you'll have a Level 4 Retail Manager Apprenticeship and a strong knowledge of how to motivate and develop a team.
  
  An experienced supervisor or duty manager who is used to managing a small team in a fast-paced environment


• Great at giving amazing customer service, and able to translate that into sales

Monday - Friday (7am to 8pm)

Saturday (7am to 6pm)

Sunday (9am to 4pm),
