Retention & Digital Advisor

As a Retention and Digital Advisor, you'll be an integral part of our innovative retailers. You will be supported by the Retention and Digital Sales Leader, to assist our dealerships in selling the maximum number of vehicles through renewals & digital leads as possible whilst maintaining focus on delivering an excellent customer experience to current and prospective customers.

Your Journey as a Retention and Digital Advisor:

· Achieving and exceeding sales objectives and KPI's by maximising sales opportunities through digital leads and customer renewals

· Offering comprehensive packages to enhance the customer's purchase, including finance, general insurance, warranties and accessories

· Delivering exceptional experiences for our customers whilst ensuring you build a genuine passion for the brand and are motivated to represent it with pride and excellence

· Meeting the required standards for providing fair financial advice and services to our customers, adhering to FCA regulations

We are looking for a dynamic individual who can demonstrate experience of exceeding targets, is confident in dealing with associates and customers at all levels, all whilst maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. Your extensive background in previous customer facing roles, preferably with telephone and digital skills, will prove invaluable in this role as a Retention and Digital advisor. Being a team player is essential, and your experience in working collaboratively will be highly valued. Your commitment to doing the right thing and continuously learning in a regulated environment will set you apart.

£22,000 basic salary with £5,000 bonus potential, pension, critical illness, life assurance, 23 days holidays pro rata, exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales service.
