Sales Advisor

The successful candidate will be responsible for outbound calling the enquiries we receive via our website and online adverts. This will require some product knowledge and will be a target driven role to schedule assessments for our field-based surveyors. Training will be provided on products and systems.

We are the largest domestic installer of Renewable Energy in Scotland and are looking to add to our Advisory team located in our Paisley office. If you are looking to further your career in Renewables and have the relevant experience and drive to succeed, then we would be keen to speak with you.

The job is advertised for experienced call centre staff with at least 2 years' experience in cold calling to join our Advisory team based in the office environment, located in Paisley.,

• Sales Outbound Calling: 2 years (required)


• Basic computer skills: 2 years (required)
  
  Like most target driven roles, there is a Weekly bonus structure in place. Here is the two incentives over and above your salary.


• Weekly Target Bonus


• Sales Commission


On Target Earnings will allow you to earn £12,610 per annum in Bonus on top of your £24,000 salary. This bonus is un-capped and performance related.

Total OTE £36,610. (Un-Capped Bonus)

Hours

The role has a set shift pattern of Monday - Friday 10am - 7pm. (1 Hour unpaid Lunch & 2 Paid 15min Breaks)
