Full Job Description

Award winning house builder Tulloch Homes are recruiting for an enthusiastic and professional Sales Consultant to join our busy Sales team.

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Sales Consultant to ensure the delivery of a first-class customer experience on our new build developments across the Highlands.

As the first point of contact for customers you will guide them through the process of buying their new build home and ensuring the greatest journey possible. Key responsibilities of the role include:

·      Taking ownership of your development, all aspects of presentation and the entire customer purchasing process.

·      Being the point of reference for the purchaser, and all other internal and external interested parties from first contact through to the completion of the house sale.

·      Promoting and providing for the use of company recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors to ensure an efficient service for customers to achieve purchasing deadlines.

·      Ensuring all administrative and reporting requirements are met according to Group policies and agreed timeframes.

·      Ensuring that market research, price benchmarking, advertising, incentives, PR and other marketing events are undertaken proactively to provide the correct pipeline to fulfil agreed sales targets for the development.

·      Proactively searching for target customers and creating appointments, follow-up leads to ensure that sales targets are met, and customer satisfaction is measured to the level required.

·      Undertaking inspections and introducing the customer to their new home, ensuring familiarisation, and ensuring the ‘after care’ of those customers at defined intervals following their move-in date.

·      Ensuring the health and safety of customers, colleagues, and other parties whilst on site against legal requirements and Group policy.

·      Following and adhering to Group procedures, standards of performance, and the business unit Sales Manual.

About you

·      Experience in new build housing sales or retail would be advantageous.

·      Experience providing a high level of customer service.

·      Excellent diary and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

·      Good organisational and strong administrative skills.

·      You should be computer literate (knowledge of Microsoft Office packages).

·      A full UK driving licence would be advantageous as there may be a requirement to work from other sales office locations (‘float’) from time to time.
