Sales Coordinator

Eden Scott are supporting a client seeking a full-time, permanent Sales Coordinator. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking pricing, information, and assistance with our product offerings. Responsible for managing the preparation and submission of quotations, processing purchase orders, and maintaining accurate customer records. The role focuses on exceeding customer service expectations, fostering strong business relationships, and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers for quotations via email and telephone.
• Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle credit notes and coordinate stock returns.
• Follow up promptly on issued quotations and update feedback logs.
• Maintain and update sales and customer records.
• Communicate customer feedback to management regularly.
• Develop and manage customer account plans effectively.
• Assist with stocktakes, promotional events, and general administrative tasks as needed.

Application Requirements:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication proficiency.
• Skilled in MS Office; familiarity with ERP & CRM systems is beneficial.
• Demonstrated strong organisational and multitasking skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
• Capable of working effectively under tight deadlines and achieving sales targets.
• Knowledgeable in sales performance metrics.
• Dedicated team player committed to collaborative success.
