Sales Coordinator (or Trainee Sales Coordinator) • MacLean International – Dingwall

We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated Sales Coordinator to join our Dingwall branch on a full-time, permanent basis, where quality and service are the keys to success.

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for processing and expediting sales orders; ensuring full and timely progression of customer quotations; developing and maintaining good customer and supplier relationships; ensuring compliance with our quality management system; ensuring that all sales transactions are dealt with efficiently and professionally; ensuring that all records and files are accurately maintained.

The ideal candidate for this role will be highly organised, self-driven and able to remain calm and professional while working under pressure. They must have the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with colleagues, customers and suppliers at all levels and must be computer literate, especially with Microsoft Excel and Adobe packages. While candidates with similar sales experience are preferred, we will consider candidates with no previous sales experience in a trainee capacity.
