Full Job Description

We offer our employees excellent opportunities to grow and develop within the Klarent Hospitality Group Brand Portfolio, we pride ourselves on ensuring that our staff are rewarded and recognised for their hard work, commitments, and long service., Working with the Director of Sales to take responsibility for all clients and groups booked into the hotel through the sales and marketing department, ensuring that their needs in all areas, including bedrooms, meeting rooms and food and beverage are being met. Acting as liaison between the sales department and the operations department on behalf of clients.

  • Proactive engagement with new and existing clients

  • Managing relationships with existing clients particularly within the corporate segment

  • Ensuring that all customer requests and enquires are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner

  • Conduct a minimum number of calls per week to clients with potential business for the hotel

  • Maintain all market segment databases and ensure appropriate mailings are carried out

  • Conduct market research and telesales campaigns as required

  • Complete monthly reports and provide critical analysis to highlight current business levels and all new

  • business received
  • Compile Key Accounts Plan for all existing and new accounts

  • Conduct site inspections and communicate the Hotels services to clients across all segments

  • Assist with the co-ordination of corporate hospitality events

  • Attend weekly sales meetings

  • Ensure open communication exists between departments

  • Maintain a professional and working attitude and demeanour towards other team members and clientele

  • Communicating and cooperating with management colleagues

  • Being aware of VIP's and show rounds, communicating this to the teams within the bar, restaurant and

  • conference
  • Contribution to the hotel and department achieving revenue and sales targets
