Full Job Description

Eden Scott is delighted to be working with ScribePro Ltd, a company committed to enabling better care in sports medicine through their leading medical records product, ScribePro Team. It protects clinicians, protects players and protects organisations across the sporting landscape in the UK and Europe.


This game-changing software is ‘built by clinicians, for clinicians’, using extensive in-house experience of international sports medicine. It is available to users on mobile and desktop, allowing simple, quick and real-time recording, from anywhere in the world. They work with customers from domestic clubs to national and international sporting associations, across a number of sports, making excellent athlete care accessible to everyone. 


They are a small and ambitious team of 10 people, with a drive to improve athlete care in sport through intuitive technology. They are growing at quite a pace and are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the marketing and sales operations for ScribePro Team. 


In this role you will be working across their supported sports and build towards new sports, you’ll be leading the way in growing their brand and customer base, looking after full-service sales, with expert knowledge of their product and features to back it up - they will happily get you up to speed.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an ambitious and cohesive sales and marketing strategy, with an emphasis on acquiring new customers and new markets.
  • Full-service sales responsibility from establishing leads through to conversion.
  • Identify and assess business opportunities and markets, aligning strategies with key business goals.
  • Deliver excellent customer interactions from the very beginning to promote long lasting customer relationships.
  • Lead HubSpot CRM operations, including managing activity, data, analysis, processes and reports.
  • Be aware of changes in market trends, opportunities for growth and understanding competitors.
  • Manage annual calendar of events, including awareness of major sporting events, conferences and company webinars (international travel where required).
  • Lead on social engagement, content creation and management, utilising current user experience in case studies and interviews.
  • Delivery of system demos to potential customers.
  • Development of sales presentation materials including pitch decks and marketing assets.

Skills and experience required:

  • Solid B2B sales and marketing experience, ideally within sport or medical services.
  • Experience in a target driven environment.
  • Confidence using CRM systems, HubSpot is a bonus.
  • A goal-oriented individual, willing to make an impact and learn from others.
  • An interest in sport or sports medicine would be beneficial.
  • Experience working in a startup environment would be advantageous.
  • Works well in a small team.

Salary is on a range from £45k to £55k dependent on skills and experience plus company benefits including 37 days annual leave per year.


Based from a newly renovated office in Glasgow City Centre on a hybrid working model.


This role can be for four or five days per week.
