Full Job Description

We're recruiting for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our growing business in our new branch at 149 Hyndland Road. If you're an ambitious, energetic and detail orientated individual who is looking for a new challenge in the Glasgow West End market, we'd love to hear from you.

The successful candidate will manage all stages of the sales process from point of instruction to completion. We're looking for an enthusiastic team player with first class communication and relationship building skills. You'll enjoy working as part of a small team, have good initiative, a can-do attitude and most importantly take pride in what you do, both individually and as part of a team.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Keep up to date with trends in the local residential property market

  • Preparing property particulars

  • Viewing feedback calls to buyers and vendors

  • Negotiation of offers and managing closing dates

  • Managing the sales progression stage

  • Carry out occasional viewings and weekend working

  • Building database of potential buyers and sellers

  • Adhere to Anti Money Laundering procedures

    A proven track record and experience of the Glasgow West End property market

  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Confident and highly professional communication skills

  • Adopt a positive culture of professional behaviour and customer care

  • Complete integrity

  • A passion for property

  • At least 2 years experience in a similar role

  • Full, clean UK driving licence

  • Generate positive online reviews

  • Proactive approach to personal development, Residential Property Sales Negotiation: 2 years (required)
