Full Job Description

As a Senior Analyst, Content Orchestration Governance, you will support the team in increasing customer acquisition and retention, generate engagement through multi-channel marketing campaigns, and foster recognition of loyalty benefits. On the Content Orchestration reporting to Manager, Content Orchestration Governance, you will work on projects including assisting in the design and influence of several technologies, including Content Management Systems (CMS), Digital Asset Management (DAM), Media Asset Management (MAM), and Computer-Assisted Translation Tools (CAT-tools). You will also support Taxonomy, Translation Memory strategy, and Language Service Providers (LSPs) workflows and technology adoption and compliance across content ideation, archive, and management processes.  HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT  Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.  What your day-to-day will be like:  Support the Content Orchestration Governance Manager and team in implementing global standards and governance framework for content management systems. Support compliance of established standards and procedures related to content management. Help improve content workflows, streamline processes, and enhance content creation, localisation, and distribution efficiency.  How you will collaborate with others:  Collaborate with teams to support the adoption utilisation of CMS, DAM, MAM, and LSP tools. Support manager with risk management related to content governance and mitigation strategies. Support vendor management, ensuring they meet industry standards and service level agreements. Support initiatives to improve content management processes, workflows, and technologies. Help develop and implement a translation memory strategy to repurpose existing translations, improve consistency, and reduce costs associated with multilingual content production. WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT You have these minimum qualifications:  Experience in Content Operations, Governance, Standardisation of Operating Procedures, or related fields. Working knowledge of content platforms (DAM, CMS, CAT tools) Experience in a global enterprise. Prior experience with translation and localisation workflows and tools. Travel up to 5%.  It would be useful if you have:  Experience supporting technology strategies aligned with organisational objectives. Experience utilising data analytics to inform content decisions.
