Join Mathew Sherry, Chef de Cuisine in our fine dining, 4 AA Rosette Number One restaurant kitchen working alongside our talented chefs who are all passionate about using fresh seasonal produce whilst developing and training their team.

This is a maternity cover 12 month fixed term contract and the role operates 5 days out of 7 per week.
