Full Job Description

As a Senior Estimator within this esteemed organisation, you will be instrumental in driving project success from the ground up. The role offers a competitive rate, reflective of the high calibre of expertise sought.

The successful candidate will be entrusted with the responsibility of developing accurate cost estimates for various capital projects. This will involve critical analysis of project plans, meticulous assessment of required materials, labour, and time, as well as the application of strategic thinking to foresee potential financial risks and opportunities.

To excel in this role, a robust background in estimating/cost management is essential, with a minimum of five years' experience in a similar capacity. A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field will be highly regarded. Proficiency in industry-standard estimating software and a thorough understanding of construction processes and cost control are imperative.

Exceptional analytical skills paired with a detail-oriented mindset will set the foundation for success. Strong communication abilities are required to effectively liaise with project managers, clients, and suppliers, ensuring clear understanding and expectations across all project facets.
