Senior Manager, Economic Crime Oversight

The Senior Manager, Risk Oversight is responsible for planning and leading a team in delivery of second line oversight activities in Economic Crime (AML&CTF, Fraud, Sanctions and AB&C).
You will make a difference in your role by owning the Quality Assurance and Quality Control framework and oversees RMF embedding for Economic Crime

What you'll bring

- Ownership and delivery of oversight assurance through reviews that assess design and operation of controls.
- Lead independent second line review and challenge on first line activities, with a focus on money confidence and fair outcomes.
- Delivers comprehensive, clear and insightful reporting of oversight review outcomes to the business and at Executive and Board level.
- Ability to lead oversight of business RMF profiles to identify accuracy of risk and controls and the business assessments of adopted risks.
- Strong and effective relationships across TSB in all lines of defence to support embedding of an effective risk management culture in TSB.
- Lead the development and delivery of Risk Oversight strategy, objectives, outcomes and KPIs.
- Ability to design and deliver a risk-based oversight plan, drawing on experience, risk assessments and risk profile data within the RMF.
- Use data and analytics to and drive insight and recommendations and identify opportunities in the business to do the same.
- Delivery of a Quality Checking and Quality Assurance framework in collaboration with stakeholders, balancing ongoing quality and agility of the business propositions.
