We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to help shape the future of Sport, Cultural and Green Space Services in Falkirk. 

Your role will be to guide the development of our services with a particular focus on delivering high quality programmes and activities, growing income and ensuring excellent customer experiences in venues and settings which are welcoming, safe and fit for purpose. You will be experienced in and committed to, ensuring access to sport, leisure and cultural activities which are of maximum benefit to all members of the community.

You will have a passion for culture, sports and leisure and use this to champion the facilities Falkirk already has, enhancing their use and reputation whilst working with partners and teams to grow and develop new opportunities.

You will be an experienced professional with a strong track record of success in management.  You will have excellent leadership qualities, strong inter-personal and business management skills and a thorough understanding of the key issues facing public services today.

You will demonstrate a flexible approach and an ability to work as an enthusiastic and professional advocate for Falkirk Council with a range of stakeholders and users.
