Senior Quantity Surveyor

Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor seeking an exciting challenge? An opportunity has arisen to work on a new £60m project situated just a 30-minute drive from Glasgow.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will have full ownership of the commercial management functions across the project.

The project will involve a diverse range of MEP packages, including bespoke technologies designed for what will be an innovative production facility. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the team, drive performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations and strategies.
• Engage proactively with stakeholders, both internal and external, to deliver commercial & contractual objectives
• Generate comprehensive internal and external commercial reports to track progress and maintain transparency.
