Full Job Description

This is an opportunity to support a fast-paced retail operation, where you will be hands on, including food preparation, serving customers, cleaning and any administrative tasks that may be required.

The 3 keys to success in this role are;

1. Delivering Key Performance Indicators in line with shop budgets

2. Delivering operational standards daily

3. Improving customer retention and growth

You will aim to build positive relationships with our customers and colleagues, through our fresh products, clean shops and great customer service.

What your key responsibilities are

· Ensure consistent excellent customer service within the shop

· Assist the shop manager with the day to day operation of the shop

· Assisting the shop managers with all operational standards

· Ensure compliance with food hygiene, legal diligence and health & safety, within your shop

· Maintain excellent standards within the shop

· Ensure compliance to company cash and security processes

· Ensure the quality of our products in maintained throughout the day

You will be a positive, motivated, and friendly person who is able to use your own initiative to drive standards and deliver great customer service. You will be a team player, with loads of drive, and an awareness of the positive impact you can have on our customers, and you will go above and beyond what is required and create an inclusive and positive experience for our contractors and colleagues.

By being open, honest and flexible, you will be able to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in with any of the varied tasks from opening or closing the shop, no two days are the same. You will also have an ability to find ways to ways continuously improve on how we do things.

£11.92 an hour - Part-time, Pulled from the full job description

  • Employee discount, The remuneration is £11.92, this role is a Part time (20 hours per week, additional hours may be available). You will be required to be flexible with your hours, and you will require to be available to work from 5.00am to 4pm Monday to Sunday, Please only apply if you can commit to this.
