Senior Social Care Assistant, Whitdale Care Home, 478.31, Internal Applicants Only - WEL08029

14 hours per week, 52.14 weeks per year, 14% shift allowance payable for shift rota.

You will work as part of a management team providing leadership and supervision to a group of staff. You will take an active part in the absence review processes and you will be responsible for the day to day cover of staff rotas.

You will be responsible for the co-ordination and auditing of care plans and in leading the assessment and review process for individuals.

You will take an active part in the ordering and auditing medications for individuals as prescribed.

Previous experience in a management / care setting; SVQ 3 in health and social care or equivalent; a management qualification are essential to meet SSSC registration requirements., Having a criminal conviction does not necessarily bar you from gaining employment with West Lothian Council.
