Shop and Tour Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Shop and Tour Assistant to join our team. As a Shop Assistant, you will provide support to the shop manager and assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the shop. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development., Assist customers with inquiries, providing excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the shop floor
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Receive and process incoming shipments
- Assist with inventory management, including conducting regular stock checks
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Must be over 18 as sale of alcohol will be involved
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling
