Showroom Development Support Coordinator

As Showroom Development Support Coordinator based in Scotland, you'll be responsible for:

• Supporting the Showroom Development Manager in developing a team of people within our showrooms across Scotland.


• You will be responsible for the training and development of new starters within the showrooms and developing the knowledge of existing showroom colleagues.


• You will travel to all areas of Scotland which will include overnight stays depending on the location.
  
  Bathroom showroom sales knowledge and experience.


• Understanding of bathroom design software.


• Excellent people and organisational skills.


• Mobile - Prepared to travel to all showrooms within the William Wilson estate.
