Our client, a renowned global engineering firm, is seeking an experienced Site Agent to join their expanding team in Perth. With a string of successful projects and ambitious growth plans, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact in an industry poised for transformation.
About the Role:
As a Site Agent, you will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Your leadership skills will be instrumental in guiding and mentoring the project team, maintaining excellent on-site relationships, and maximizing production efficiency. Key responsibilities include conducting safety audits, managing site logistics, and effectively resolving any project delays.
What We're Looking For:
- A degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering successful water projects.
- Strong background in civil engineering.
- Thorough knowledge of health and safety policies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid CSCS and SMSTS qualifications.
- Full UK driving licence.
