Looking for a Site Agent to Lead Rail and Civils Projects in Scotland.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Project Leadership**: Take charge of rail and civils projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

2. **Team Management**: Lead and motivate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project objectives while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

3. **Stakeholder Engagement**: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with industry standards.

4. **Planning and Coordination**: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations, and oversee their implementation to meet project milestones and deadlines.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a Site Agent within the rail and civil engineering sector.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.

- Excellent project management abilities, including planning, scheduling, and resource management.

- Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry best practices.

- Degree or equivalent qualification in civil engineering or a related field.
