We are looking for an exceptional candidate with a hawk eye for detail that can help us continue to grow our excellent food offering and reputation. Our Inspired Signature restaurant has company menus and recipe specifications of which we require the Chef to follow. Menus are available on www.inspiredhotels.co.uk

The following credentials are required: -

· Previous Chef experience is essential.

· A proven track record in consistent quality

· High standards, eye for detail and presentation

· Have a pristine uniformed approach

· Highly committed

· Capability to follow company recipe specs

· Ability to work within a small Team

· Be fully flexible in your working approach

· Must have basic food hygiene certification
