Spa Supervisor- Full time

If you're attentive, personable and love creating a fantastic customer experience, you'll be a great fit in well as leader of our spa and team. . As Spa Supervisor you'll need to have training to a HNC/HND/SVQ level 3 standard or equivalent. Alongside this hands on role in offering first class treatments and customer care, your role will be in leading the other therapists. You will be responsible for the control and sales of retail stock, the scheduling of the team through monthly rotas, ensuring your team are trained fully at all times, managing and optimising the diary to ensure great sales and delivery of the budget. You will report to and assist the Spa and Leisure Club manager and will contribute towards the continued development of the business, and will deputise for the Spa and Leisure manager when they are absent inlcuding holiday cover.

• Up to £28,000 per annum
