An opportunity has arisen for a Spray Painter to work within our Operational Business Units.We require experienced individuals who will contribute to our success, whilst upholding our reputation as a leading provider of quality MRO services with our European and Middle Eastern customers.Key ResponsibilitiesThe preparation

priming and spray painting of aircraft engine nacelle systems in line with customer specifications and regulatory requirementsWorking with various tools and materialsWorking within a highly skilled teamWorking to tight deadlines to meet customer requirementsIdentifying and implementing process improvementsCandidate RequirementsEssentialsTime served in a relevant discipline (with trade papers or an equivalent mechanical qualification/or SVQ Level 3 in Spray Painting or equivalent)Mechanical experience and an understanding of technical manuals, blueprints, inspection and working to ISO quality standards, ideally within the aerospace industryCompliance with all Collins Aerospace policies and procedures inclusive of EH&S, Code of Ethics, Intellectual Property, and Global Trade requirementsDesirableExperience of Polyurethane paints and epoxy primers would be highly beneficialSAP experience (or similar operating systems) would be advantageous although not, essentialAn understanding of the

principles of Lean/Continuous Improvement, would be advantageous.The role requires flexibility in rapidly evolving global aviation market.
