Full Job Description

We are looking to recruit two, dynamic, highly motivated Registered nurses with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work in ward I, Lorn & Islands Rural General Hospital.

Ward I offers a friendly and supportive learning environment. Experience in General Medicine, assessment & Rehabilitation and Ambulatory Care desirable, but not essential as training will be provided. Applicants should have evidence of continuous professional development, a commitment to life-long learning and an enthusiastic and innovative approach to service development.

Lorn & Islands Rural General Hospital is a modern, well-equipped hospital situated in Oban on the stunning west coast of Scotland. Ferry links can transport you easily to Mull or the more distant islands. This is an area of outstanding natural beauty with countless leisure activities, good schools, and a strong sense of community.
