As a Barclays Strategic Dashboard and Insights Manager, you will be accountable for supporting the set up and delivery of a reporting function within the team, who is in-charge of the productionisation of JIRA dashboards that support the ongoing move towards Agile ways of working in PODs, allowing the measurement of capability performance and cultural transformation, with a focus on the embedment of a JIRA dashboarding factory and ongoing improvements in the quality of data held in JIRA.

This role will be based from either London, Glasgow, Radbroke or Northampton. What will you be doing?

  • Leading and executing the set up and delivery of a JIRA dashboard and reporting 'factory' in consultation with external experts, POD & EP teams

  • Delivering quality data and analytical insights, and drive continuous feedback loops to enhance learning as well as feedback through targeted Agile SME interventions

  • Driving targeted improvements to the completion and quality of data held within JIRA driving efficiencies in source systems and offline document completion

  • Being a cultural role model and nurture an environment that for example, challenges the status quo, values people over process to drive innovation

  • Building effective and trusted relationships across the POD and Enterprise Programmes

  • Delivering first class reporting on data within JIRA, working in collaboration with other reporting and insight teams

    Experience of using Jira

  • Experience of leading a team

  • Experience in Data Analytics

  • Proven ability to achieve quality results in a high-pressure, rapidly changing environment requiring flexibility / adaptability to changeable directives


  • Skills that will help you in the role:
  • Experience of leading a virtual team

  • Knowledge of the UK retail banking marketplace, its products and its key performance drivers

  • Understanding of Agile including e.g. Jira, Jira Align

  • Project management and preferably Agile certifications
