Your Role as a Site Agent/Sub-Agent:
- Planning and organising on-site labour
- Efficient utilisation of all resources on site
- Safe, on-time, and budgeted delivery of contracts
- HSEQ adherence
- Upkeeping of site records and registers
- Ensuring compliance with company safety procedures
- Building and maintaining strong on/off-site relationships
Your Skills:
- Minimum HNC level qualification in Civil Engineering
- Previous experience as a Sub Agent in a civil contracting environment
- Experience in rail and infrastructure Civil Engineering sectors is essential
- SMSTS certification
