Sub Agent

Caledonia Water is a Joint Venture alliance between Aecom and Morrison Water Services. To support the delivery of Scottish Water's SR21 Capital Investment programme. And is responsible for the delivery of a £700M water and wastewater infrastructure programme over a 6-year alliance framework.
As the Sub Agent you will be part of our Operations Team. Who are responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of our water infrastructure and civil engineering projects.
As the Sub-Agent your duties & responsibilities will include:

- Proactive member of the site team on a large value or portfolio of projects
- Lead and manage the site engineering team
- Report to the Site Manager
- Assist Project Manager and/or Site Agent in management and control of subcontractors
- Ensure all sites are compliant with company SHEQ policy and procedure and drive a strong Health & Safety and quality focus culture
- Supporting the management team
- Engage with the Site Manager and General Foreman on a daily basis to progress the site works on programme
- Ensure SHEQ documentation is produced timeously, maintained, and briefed to the workforce
- Control of QA documentation
- Control of permits
- Site Inductions
- Weekly SHEQ and Temporary Works inspections
- Input to short term programmes
- Maintain productivity trackers and site statistics
- Coordination of procurement with supply chain
- ECI works including site visits, surveys, and buildability input
- Manage work fronts in local communities and ensure a positive approach to dealing with members of the public

HND/Degree in Civil Engineering
- Civil engineering experience including pipelaying, deep excavation, temporary works & streetworks
- Knowledge of relevant H&S Legislation
- Knowledge of construction standards and specifications
- Knowledge of NRSWA
- CSCS Supervisory Card
- SMSTS
- NRSWA Supervisor
- EUSR Water Hygiene & SW DOMS
- First Aid at Work
