Full Job Description
We are now seeking a Supervisor to join our team in the maintenance of our office environment. Our organisation values the importance of excellent customer service and teamwork, and we're looking for an individual who has the ability to work in a fast-paced setting and who enjoys working with the public. The Supervisor will be responsible for supervising employees in the maintenance of all office systems, from the maintenance and updating of files to maintaining an inventory of supplies.,
- Track employees' time cards and ensure that they are all properly filled out.
- Ensure that all employees are performing their duties correctly and on time.
- Follow-up with employees in cases where there is a problem with their performance or work quality.
- Identify ways to improve the department, business, or workplace in general.
- Accept feedback from employees, offer help and advice, or reprimand when necessary.
- Generate weekly report covers for management.
- Supervise employees during the work day.
